Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date the order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Email us if you need to return or exchange an item. We offer a 14 day refund policy for sale items. 
 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging and follow our instructions below.  

You may chose to:

Return the items by yourself and pay for your own shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

IMPORTANT

  • Returns must be marked with "returned goods". 

  • Include the original invoice. 

  • Do not write a staff name on the parcel.

If the returned product is not shipped back following the above instructions we may be forced to reject the return or deduct any additional administrative fees or customs from your refund.
 

SALE ITEMS
We offer a 14 day refund policy for sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thekornershoes.com.
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Made to order (MTO or GMTO) or personalized items

  • Deposits

  • Pre-order fees

  • Crowdfunders
     

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on any made to order shoe or other made to order item. Note that any stated MTO delivery times are estimates - we will not refund your deposit because of delays. We will only refund a deposit in case of the manufacturer being unable to fulfill the order. 
 

If you are shipping an item over HKD$500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


*We Shall Not bear the extra logistic cost due to refund & exchange issue, only if we have send out the Wrong order.
** For all the refund with free shipping provided at first, the cost of free shipping service will be deducted from the refund.
